The wine: The vintage La Brigadière is a real favorite ! The charming aromatic of this delicious chardonnay is revealed with elegant notes of butter, vanilla and toasted bread, perfectly balanced by a fine mineral structure. gourmet notes of peach, citrus and apricot also participate in the party and create an absolutely divine wine. The Raquillet family treats us once again with this enjoyable bottle from the Côte Chalonnaise which goes superbly well with shellfish, grilled fish and white meats.

The estate: Heir from of an 11-generation line of winegrowers, François Raquillet began working the vines with his father in 1984 and took over the estate in 1990 with his wife Emmanuelle. From then on, he made significant changes to the working philosophy by decreasing yields and introducing the use of premium quality barrels. The estate today operates 14 hectares of vines (75% pinot noir, 25% chardonnay) within the AOC Mercurey in Côte Chalonnaise and offers a diverse range of high-level white and red wines. Since 2018, their daughter Jeanne has joined them on the estate and the family's continuity of the farm is therefore assured. Acclaimed by amateurs and the specialist press alike, this is a brilliant Burgundian estate that you absolutely must know!

Excellent Chardo
Très bon chardonnay du sud de la Bourgogne. C'est équilibré, fin, gourmand et avec de la longueur. Notes de pêche, beurre, vanille et pain grillé. Miam

Joli plaisir cette cuvée...
Joli plaisir cette cuvée de la famille Raquillet. Gourmande à souhait avec ses notes de beurre et vanille et très bien équilibrée. Très bon accord sur un poulet à la crème et aux champignons, on s'est régalés !!!!
