The wine: Discover this magnificent Vouvray Brut gourmand and complex with a very fine bubble ! Vinified using traditional method with grapes of maturity exemplary, Julien Pinon let the bottles rest in the cellar for almost three years before putting them up for sale. This particularly long and rare rest period in the Vouvray appellation allows the creation of great aromatic complexity. The result is a cuvée expressing beautiful ripe and expressive fruits (peach, pear, apple, citrus), a fine tension mineral as well as very pretty notes of honey, hazelnut and toasted bread. very high level bubbles that impress!

The estate: Reigning over 15 hectares of certified organic Chenin since the 2003 vintage, the Pinon family comes from a long winemaking tradition since their link to the vine dates back to 1786! Julien represents the 8th generation and is today at the head of this benchmark operation in Vouvray. The estate's plots have varied exposures and a large part of the vines are over 40 years old. The whites are vinified in oak barrels on fine lees for 4 to 5 months while the sparkling wines undergo long aging on slats, allowing the production of very high quality vintages. Interventionism is minimal at all stages of production to be as close as possible to the terroir. A family offering delicious Chenins that you will love!
