The nose develops on notes of peach, butter, white flowers, as well as a slight exotic touch. The estate : Located in the heart of the Mâconnais, Domaine des Gandines is managed by the Dananchet family, cultivating its 15 hectares using organic and biodynamic farming to preserve the natural balance of the soil and the vine. The plots are located on clay-limestone soils typical of Burgundy, carefully cultivated to express their full potential. Mainly made from Chardonnay, and sometimes from Gamay or Pinot Noir, the grape varieties produce indulgent and generous wines, where the ripeness of the fruit is perfectly balanced by a beautiful minerality. The estate's cuvées are distinguished by their aromatic purity, delicate texture, and their ability to faithfully reflect the identity of their terroir.
