The wine : The Mercurey 1er Cru La Mission from Château de Chamirey is a Chardonnay of great precision, combining ample body, complexity, and elegance. From a vineyard held as a monopoly by the Devillard family and ideally located on the heights of Mercurey, this Premier Cru reveals a particularly refined expression of the Côte Chalonnaise.
