The spirit : This delicious Bellevoye Bleu Whisky is a magnificent blend of the three best Single Malts of France from the Alsace, Charente and Nord regions. It is therefore a complex French synthesis giving an elegant and perfectly balanced Triple Malt. Pupil  for 5 years in new oak barrels then 10 months in new fine-grained barrels, the whole presents sweet cereal notes blending very harmoniously with a beautiful vanilla roundness as well as to fine spicy and woody notes.  A delicious French whisky that can be drunk as an aperitif or as a digestif and which will delight amateurs and neophytes alike !
