The spirit : Adriatico represents a new generation of Amaretto. It is made from 100% natural Italian ingredients, including almonds from Puglia. Hand-harvested, these are slowly roasted, then distilled and blended with notes of vanilla, cinnamon, cocoa as well as a hint of coffee. Finally, a pinch of salt adds that delicate touch reminiscent of the nearby Adriatic Sea. The result is a liqueur with half the sugar of a traditional Amaretto and boasting a superb aromatic profile.
