The spirit : Adriatico represents a new generation of Amaretto . It is made from 100% natural Italian ingredients, including almonds from Puglia. Harvested by hand, the latter are roasted for a long time, before being distilled and then associated with notes of vanilla, cinnamon, cocoa as well as a hint of coffee . Finally, a pinch of salt brings this delicate touch that evokes the nearby Adriatic Sea. The result is a liqueur half as sweet as a traditional Amaretto and endowed with a superb aroma .
