The spirit : Adriatico represents a new generation of Amaretto . It is produced from 100% natural Italian ingredients, including almonds from Puglia. Harvested by hand, these are roasted for a long time, before being distilled then combined with notes of vanilla, cinnamon, cocoa as well as a hint of coffee . Finally, a pinch of salt brings that delicate touch that evokes the nearby Adriatic Sea. The result is a liqueur half as sweet as a traditional Amaretto and with superb aromatics .
