Jacques and Mickaël Sire make the most of their 48 hectares cultivated in organic farming in order to offer a range ranging from fruity pleasure wine and drinkable with deep and intense plot cuvées that perfectly bring out the typicality of their terroirs and in particular of IGP Côtes Catalanes and AOC Côtes- of Roussillon.
