Founded in 2014 by Mathieu Tricoche and Sébastien Dutkiewicz, La Fabrique de l’Arrangé was built around a simple idea: to create infused rums with the same level of rigor as that reserved for fine spirits.
Fruits naturally play an essential role in the creation of the different blends: pineapple, mango, strawberry, raspberry, apricot, and even vanilla bring richness and complexity to the blends.
Another distinctive feature of the brand’s arranged rums lies in the choice of base alcohol used for maceration: an AOC Martinique agricole white rum, made from pure sugarcane juice.
This choice plays an essential role in the aromatics: the vegetal notes and natural freshness of the agricole rum from Martinique combine deliciously well with the aromas of fruits, flowers, and spices.
Over the years, La Fabrique de l’Arrangé has developed a wide variety of infused rums.
Some creations favor very fruity profiles around Victoria pineapple, mango, banana, strawberry, raspberry, or even apricot. Other recipes seek more freshness with combinations including lemon, thyme, hibiscus, vanilla, or certain flowers.
This diversity makes it possible to offer very different profiles: some richer, others fresher, more tangy or more complex on the palate. Something to please every taste !
