Created in 2014 by Mathieu Tricoche, La Fabrique de l'Arrangé now belongs to the renowned Martinican rum house HSE (Habitation Saint-Étienne). All the recipes in the range are therefore made with agricole rum bearing the Martinique AOC... a real advantage that is immediately noticeable during tasting! The fruits are also selected at full ripeness before being cut and bottled by hand. Finally, the sweetness is perfectly controlled for each recipe, never becoming heavy and truly highlighting the fruits and the rum.
