The Domaine des Schistes has not stolen its name since the majority of the vineyards thrive on schist soils, famous multicolored rocks with a layered structure. Jacques and Mickaël Sire make the most of their 48 hectares cultivated in organic farming to offer a range from fruity and easy-drinking pleasure wines to deep and intense single-vineyard cuvées that wonderfully highlight the typicity of their terroirs, notably from the IGP Côtes Catalanes and the AOC Côtes-du-Roussillon.
