Bodegas Muga is a flagship estate of the Rioja appellation. Created in 1932 by Isaac Muga and Aurora Caño, the property is indeed today a major wine group in Spain and covers 250 hectares, not counting the numerous partner winemakers of the house, always very strictly selected. Muga is also one of the only estates to have integrated a cooperage into its operation to perfectly control  the barrel aging of its wines. The Tempranillo, the illustrious red grape variety of the region, is of course the star of the vineyard and allows the production of cuvées of very high quality and excellent aging potential.
