The brand : Founded in 1680 and based in Angeac in Charente, the Guy Lhéraud house is a family business with 85 hectares of vineyards within the Crus of Cognac Petite Champagne, as well as in Fins Bois and Grande Champagne. The grape varieties Ugni Blanc (mainly), Colombard, and Folle Blanche are planted here on a particularly chalky terroir. Guy Lhéraud began to bottle his own eaux-de-vie in the 1970s, and today his son Jean-Charles runs the distillery, producing a range of great finesse and high precision.
