The Burgundy regional AOC is spread over the entire Burgundy vineyard and is made up of 2650 hectares, producing white wines at based on chardonnay as well as reds and rosés based on pinot noir . Grape varieties such as pinot blanc and pinot gris (here called pinot beurot) are also present although in a very small minority. The wines produced are very diverse but we could describe the whites as aromatic and mineral and the reds as fine and generally evolving on a fruity light and delicate. The vintages offered by the estates under this appellation are those benefiting from the best quality-price ratio.
