The wine: Discover this pretty superior Bordeaux from Château Terrefort-Quancard! Evolving into pleasant fruity notes (cherry, strawberry, plum), a peppery touch  is also present as well as a fine oaky touch, bringing a gourmet hint of vanilla throughout. The tannins are present but rather supple, giving a very pleasant digestible side to this vintage. An excellent value for money which goes wonderfully with cold meats, white meats and grilled meats!
