Wine: What a success this 1st Château Brown wine! Already ready to drink, this cuvée also has excellent aging potential! A great wine complex and intense.

The estate: With 31 ha of vines, the Château Brown owes its name to a Scottish property merchant, John Lewis Brown, who owned the farm in the 19th century. After a few difficult years, the domain revived following its acquisition in 1994 by Bernard Barthe and then by the efforts perpetuated since the end of 2004 by the Mau and Dirkzwager families. The property has since been managed by Jean-Christophe Mau and the vineyard has been certified High Environmental Value level 3 since 2018. The latest vintages have reached an excellent level and all the wines are of great finesse.
