Small family vineyard located in Veneto within the DOC Valpolicella Classico, the estate Le Calendre covers 4 hectares spread over the municipality of San Pietro in Cariniano. This small area allows the family to carry out impressive work in the vineyard, all with precision. The harvesting is therefore manual and the grape varieties Corvina, Corvinone, Rondinella and Molinara are cultivated thanks to a system of pergolas to protect the grapes from sunburn and to promote air circulation. Although not officially certified, the estate is run according to the precepts of organic farming, allowing the production of cuvées that perfectly express their Valpolicella Classico and Amarone della Valpolicella. Very great hand-stitched wines!
