The AOC Pouilly-Fumé is located in Centre-Loire and enjoys an international reputation. Stretching over 1,400 hectares in clay-limestone soil, the Sauvignon (or "smoked white") grape variety is the king here undisputed, allowing the realization of white mineral, lively and offering aromas of citrus fruits, green apple, white fruits or exotic fruits as is the case here with the vintages of the magnificent Château de Tracy.
