Buy AOC Pic-Saint-Loup wines

The AOC Pic-Saint-Loup is probably one of the finest and most renowned in the entire Languedoc-Roussillon region. It extends over 1,300 hectares and produces mainly red wines (85%) as well as a few rosés (15%). The soils are clay-limestone and the majority of the vineyard is planted around 150m altitude. This location allows the territory to experience strong thermal amplitudes between day and night, slowing down the ripening of the grapes and thus preserving the freshness in the cuvées. The Syrah, Grenache and Mourvèdre grape varieties must make up at least 90% of red wines and 70% of rosés. The cuvées of the appellation generally have notes of red and black fruits, magnificent spices as well as a beautiful structure allowing them to keep well over time.
