The Mas du Novi is a flagship wine estate of AOC Grés de Montpellier located in the Languedoc-Roussillon. Nestled on the heights of Montagnac, near Pézenas, the property is managed by Thierry Thomas and benefits from an exceptional terroir combining clay-limestone soils and one Mediterranean climate ideal for growing vines. The vineyard extends over 42 hectares grown in organic farming and planted mainly with grape varieties typical of the region such as Syrah, Grenache, Mourvèdre and the Carignan for the reds, as well as the Chardonnay and the Viognier for whites.
