The Estate: Since January 1998, Jean-Yves Millaire has been at the head of the family farm. Joined by his wife in 2005, the couple then decided to convert the vineyard to organic farming (2006) then to biodynamics (2009). The latter now farm 44 hectares divided into three different appellations: Canon-Fronsac, Fronsac and Bordeaux. The Fronsac and Canon-Fronsac appellations are located on the right bank of the Dordogne at the confluence of two rivers ( Dordogne and Isle). This feature protects the vines and ensures a privileged climate. The relief is very varied with many hills and the grounds of the estate are clay-limestone.
