The Estate: The Domaine des Hauts Châssis is a property of 17 hectares located in the heart of the eponymous locality, itself located south of the Crozes-Hermitage appellation. The terroir here is mainly composed of rolled gravel and the harvest is always manual. The passionate and warm Franck Faugier took over the family property in 1998 and brought it out of the cooperative system to produce its 1st vintage in 2003. Since 2017, all the wines have been certified organic. The latter are expressed on the fruit, the spices and always with freshness and elegance. A farm still too little known and worth the detour!
