The Domain: Perdrix-Lasouche is a small quality family estate located in the heart of the southern Rhône Valley, not far from Nîmes and the Camargue. Composed of only 6.5 hectares evolving on clay-limestone, stony and alluvial soils, the exploitationis located in the Gard and offers very fine wines, mainly from the young young appellation Duché D'Uzès. The vineyard is currently being converted to organic farming and is located in the middle of scrubland and olive trees, favoring the existence of great biodiversity. The cuvées proposed by Cécile and Fréderic express the great investment of the couple in the vineyard as well as in the winemaking and all enjoy a very good level. An area to watch closely!
