The wine: This magnificent Corton-Bressandes Grand Cru from Prieur delights with its velvety and its extremely graceful substance in the mouth! Located on the hill of the Grands Crus of Corton, the plot of the estate has stony clay-limestone soils and a southsouth-east orientation favoring beautiful maturities. On the palate, the fruit is intense and deep, evolving into sweet notes of black and ripe cherries. These combine with a harmonious touch of spice (pepper, cloves, vanilla). and in a few years, tertiary notes (humus, earth, leather) will appear, completing a grand aromatic palette. A pinot noir for laying down and of very high quality for great moments!
