Wine: Here is a high-class Patrimonio from the Giudicelli estate ! The Niellucciu grape variety expresses here all its character forged by the clay-limestone terroir of the estate. A nectar expressing itself on notes of black fruits of great purity (blackcurrant, blackberry, plum) accompanied by a sweet southern scent of garrigue (thyme, rosemary). A large Corsican bottle to enjoy now or keep for a few years in the cellar if patience is one of your virtues!

The estate: Muriel Giudicelli and her husband are leading ambassadors of biodynamics in Corsica. Farming about ten hectares mainly located in the north of Corsica on the AOC Patrimonio and Muscat du Cap Corse, the couple settled in Poggio d'Oletta at the end of the 1990s. Their soils are varied: clay-limestone, schists and granites contribute to the great complexity of their cuvées. The harvest is manual, the yeasts are native and great care is taken in viticulture as in winemaking. No input is used with the exception of sulfur in very small quantities and vinification is done gently in stainless steel vats or Stockinger tuns. To taste a house wine is to drink the Corsican terroir in all its purity!
