Wine: Ah yellow wine...surprising when you don't never tasted it but what a delight for the amateur! Aged for a minimum of 6 years and 3 months in unsealed oak barrels (not completely filled so that air comes into contact with the wine), a veil of yeast forms to preserve the wine from the 'oxidation. This atypical long aging period gives this bottle an extraordinary aromatic palette: walnut, hazelnut, almond, curry, green apple, peach... Unique notes for a magnificent bottle with ample material that will go wonderfully with poultry or Comté cheese!

The estate: Winegrowers from father to son and pproducing a wide range of wines from all colors, the Dugois are at the head of a beautiful 10-hectare vineyard based in Arbois. The organic conversion has been underway for several years and Philippe and Mélanie juggle with the native grape varieties of the region: Ploussard, Trousseau, Savagnin but also Chardonnay. The soil is mainly clay-limestone but also composed of sand and sandstone. An ideal property to understand the unique and surprising universe of Jura wines!
