The wine : The Cuvée Late from Clos de la Roilette is a very pretty bottle faithful to the spirit of the Fleurie appellation. From a selection of vines aged between 70 and 80 years, the result is a wine deliciously gourmand with velvety substance and possessing a nice concentration. The palate is intense and evolves into notes of violet, fruit fleshy red and black (cherry, strawberry, raspberry, blackberry , plum) with a pepper touch as well as small, very well-worked tannins. A magnificent reflection of its appellation that will accompany with finesse your aperitifs as well as white or red meat dishes.
