Wine: Infinitely red is a delicious Syrah entirely matured in barrels and from the beautiful IGP Côtes Catalanes. Offering a silky substance as well as a beautiful aromatic power, charming notes of fruits jammy dark notes (cherry, blackberry, blackcurrant) express themselves here on the palate and are accompanied by an elegant melted woody structure. The latter gives the whole gourmet aromas of toasted bread, vanilla, white pepper and chocolate. An intoxicating bottle that is a magnificent crush!

The domain:Copening 54 hectares in AOC Côtes du Roussillon, Maury and IGP Côtes Catalanes, the Château de L'Ou belongs to Séverine and Philippe Bourrier. The property has been certified organic since 1998 and the couple is at the head of different islands with varied terroirs: alluvial marls, black shales and mosaic shales make up the soils of the different plots thanks to which the vines produce high quality wines, generally from small yields.
