The wine: With a magnificent crunch and a superb drinkability, this blend of Cinsault, Grenache and Syrah is worth the detour and offers excellent value for money! The fruit is direct, fresh, extremely charming and perfectly digestible. Very low in sulphites, everything is there to spend a great evening with friends (and a good tomorrow). A real love at first sight to discover!

The Domain: If the Château de la Selve has a long history dating back to the 13th century, it has belonged to the Chazallon family since the early 1990s. In 2002, the family's son, Benoît, decided to create a winery. As soon as they arrive, they practice organic and biodynamic cultivation there in order to respect the limestone soils and the surrounding land scented with scrubland. Today with 44 hectares, the estate is planted with Cinsault, Syrah, Grenache, Cabernet-Sauvignon and Viognier. A little unknown nugget to discover!
