The Domaine de la Taille aux Loups estate is one of the absolute references of the brilliant Montlouis-sur-Loire appellation. Spanning approximately 25 hectares, the Blot family vineyard evolves on  clayey-calcareous and sandy soils, ideal for the production of dry, sweet and sparkling white wines based on Chenin. Although the famous Jacky Blot unfortunately passed away in 2023, his son Jean-Philippe is now perpetuating the estate's great reputation by pursuing a viticulture that respects nature and subtly reveals the local terroirs.
