The spirit : This complex Single Malt Whiskey is offered to us after 18 long years of meticulous and attentive aging by the Jura distillery. Its intense mouth develops on notes of spices, tobacco as well as a delicious chocolate touch but also on delicious aromas of red fruits (cherry, raspberry) brought by a 2-year finish in old Bordeaux Grand Cru barrels. The material is structured but delicate and very slight smoky notes complete the whole. A high-level safe bet for a great moment of contemplation!
