The domain : There Antech House is a family estate whose eponymous family has been at the helm for 6 generations. Today managed by Françoise Antech-Gazeau, the property is the largest independent producer in the region. Specializing in sparkling wines, the estate produces AOC Crémant de Limoux, Blanquette de Limoux and Blanquette Méthode Ancestrale. The wines are the expression of a delicate blend of terroirs and Chardonnay and Chenin grape varieties, without forgetting the local star: Mauzac. The organic conversion is underway and there is no doubt that the family will continue to be one of the great references of the region in the years to come.
