The spirit : Terribly seductive and gourmand, the arranged rum N°01 from La Fabrique de l'Arrangé wonderfully combines the exoticism of Victoria Pineapple with the sweetness of Coconut. The brand: Created in 2014 by Mathieu Tricoche, Fabrique de l'Arrangé today belongs to the renowned Martinican rum house HSE (Habitation Saint-Étienne). All the recipes in the range are therefore produced using rhum agricole with  AOC Martinique...a real plus which is immediately felt when tasting! The fruits are also selected at fully ripe before being cut and bottled by hand. Finally, the sweetness is perfectly controlled for each recipe, never falling into heaviness and really putting the fruits and the rum to the fore.
