The Estate: The Maison Antech is a family estate run by the eponymous family for 6 generations. Now managed by Françoise Antech-Gazeau, the property is the largest independent producer in the region. Specialist in sparkling wines, the estate produces AOC Crémant de Limoux, Blanquette de Limoux and Blanquette Méthode Ancestrale. The wines are the expression of a delicate blend of Chardonnay and Chenin terroirs and grape varieties, not to mention the local star: Mauzac. The organic conversion is underway and there is no doubt that the family will continue to be one of the great references in the region in the years to come.
