Wine:Here’s a delicious Riesling! The Mittnacht family offers us here a terroir wine offering a nice dose of minerality and a salivating tension that will go wonderfully as an aperitif on a platter seafood. The aromatic unfolds on fruity notes of citrus fruits (lemon, grapefruit) and green apple highlighted by a very pleasant petrol touch. The tasting ends on a great length and above all...the desire to go back!

The estate: Slocated in the village of Hunawihr, between Ribeauvillé and Riquewihr, the mittnacht frères estate extends over 11 hectares cultivated with passion by Marc, his wife Paule and their son André who joined them in the vineyard in 2021. The vines are here grown biodynamically since 1999 in order to produce local wines that are faithful to their environment. The magnificent winemaking work carried out by the siblings only highlights, year after year, high quality plant material and constant attention to the vineyard. Purity, elegance and petrol notes are the common markers of Rieslings, while excellent Gewurztraminer, Sylvaner and even Pinot Noir are also grown. Go for it, you won't be disappointed!
