The wine : What a slap in the face this Riesling Grand Cru Rosacker from the Mittnacht Frères estate! The estate: Slocated in the village of Hunawihr, between Ribeauvillé and Riquewihr, the mittnacht frères estate extends over 11 hectares cultivated with passion by Marc, his wife Paule and their son André who joined them in the vineyard in 2021. The vines are here grown biodynamically since 1999 in order to produce local wines that are faithful to their environment. The magnificent winemaking work carried out by the siblings only highlights, year after year, high quality plant material and constant attention to the vineyard. Purity, elegance and petrol notes are the common markers of Rieslings, while excellent Gewurztraminer, Sylvaner and even Pinot Noir are also grown. Go for it, you won't be disappointed!
