The spirit : The Golden Shepherd XO is a succulent  Guatemala rum composed of a blend of spirits aged in Solera for 6 to 15 years then refined in old Cognac tuns for 6 months. Presenting a superb balance, its soft and melting mouth evolves on magnificent aromas of stewed fruits complemented by notes of vanilla, caramel, sweet spices and roasting. A great rum that will delight both beginners and amateurs !
