This delicate sparkling 100% Chardonnay offers a creamy bubble as well as a very expressive fruitiness developing on notes of pear , peach and apricot with a finish on citrus. The whole is coated with a butter and vanilla touch. A great value for money that can be opened from aperitif to dessert without any problem!

The estate: Located on the banks of the Loire a few kilometers from the famous town of Amboise, The Domaine Plou & Fils has a very long winegrowing tradition. More than 500 years of family history have indeed built this beautiful vineyard which today reaches 108 hectares. Evolving on clay-limestone soils, the whole is HVE 3 certified and around ten hectares are even managed according to the precepts of organic farming. The estate's red and rosé wines are made from the Gamay, Malbec (or Côt) and Cabernet-franc grape varieties, while the white and sparkling wines are produced with the Chenin, Chardonnay and Sauvignon varieties. The cuvées on offer perfectly represent the great wine-growing diversity of the Loire and also offer superb value for money!
