Coming from a parcel exposed to the East and with clay-limestone soils, this terroir makes it possible to harvest grapes at perfect maturityand to offer very graceful balances in the wines . A long aging of 19 months in barrels brings here a gourmand roundness with notes of butter, brioche and vanilla as well as toasted aromas, helping to balance the saline minerality running through this exceptional bottle. It's totally mastered and the estate's generous touch is very present in this cuvée which will long-keep!
