The estate: Located in Thoré La Rochette north of Tours, Le domaine Brazilier spreads over the beautiful and unjustly unknown AOC Coteaux du Vendômois. Benoît Brazilier represents the 7th family generation and has been at the head since 1997 of this 25-hectare farm in conversion to organic farming. The family produces wines of all colors, mainly with the Pineau d'Aunis grape variety but also with the most famous Chenin and Chardonnay.
