The spirit: This exquisite Norman Gin from the C'est Nous Distillery offers an alcohol of high purity allowing the incredible qualities of the 9 botanicals used here, such as juniper berries, angelica root and coriander, to be perfectly revealed. The tasting reveals a very beautiful classic and great finesse thanks to a subtle aromatics on the juniper and very fragrant citrus fruits. The finish is full of spices and freshness. The House : The Distillery This is We was created in 2016 by Julie, a French sommelier, and David, an English spirits lover. Based in Caen, this artisanal house practices slow distillations in traditional copper stills and uses herbs specially selected for their taste qualities and as locally as possible. The quality of the different spirits offered (Gin, Vodka, Limoncello, Coffee Liqueur) by this shock team is very high and many medals have been awarded to the distillery, proving the enormous work accomplished.
