The spirit: This exquisite Gin from the distillery "C'est Nous" offers an alcohol of great purity allowing the incredible qualities of the 9 botanicals used here to be wonderfully revealed, such as juniper berries, Angelica root and even coriander. The brand: The Distillery "C'est Nous" was created in 2016 by Julie, a French sommelier, and David, an English spirits lover. Based in Caen, this artisanal house practices slow distillations in traditional copper stills and uses aromatics specially selected for their taste qualities and as locally as possible. The quality of the different spirits offered (Gin, Vodka, Limoncello, Coffee Liqueur) by this amazing team is very high and numerous medals have been awarded to the distillery, proving the enormous work accomplished.
