The particularity of this gourmand white wine made from the very aromatic "Muscat à petits grains" lies in the fact that this grape variety is generally vinified with the aim of obtaining sweet wines, which which here is not the case: 0 residual sugar! However, an incredible sensation of gluttony invades the palate and exotic aromas of mango as well as succulent white fruits and ripe citrus fruits instantly charm us. A beautiful liveliness balances everything perfectly and will make this wine a perfect companion for an aperitif but also superb pairings with sweet and savory dishes or spicy cuisine!

The estate: Covering 54 hectares in AOC Côtes du Roussillon, Maury and IGP Côtes Catalanes, the Château de L'Ou belongs to Séverine and Philippe Bourrier. The property has been certified organic since 1998 and the couple is at the head of different islands with varied terroirs: alluvial marls, black shales and mosaic shales make up the soils of the different plots thanks to which the vines produce high quality wines, generally from small yields.
