The wine: Created in 2023 by two friends who are passionate about champagne, the Princesse de Clèves brand embodies elegance and French know-how in all its splendor. This grandiose Grand Cru Blanc de Blancs champagne comes from the best terroirs of the Côte des Blancs and waited 8 years in the cellar before being put on sale. A delicious aromatic complexity is present with iodized notes, citrus, butter, peach and apricot. A slight praline aspect is also present on the palate and a magnificent mineral length finishes the tasting. Great class for this exceptional champagne!
