Michel Aroldi is the architect of the qualitative renewal of Château Dompierre. He has indeed taken over the property since 2013 and has greatly improved the entire production. The estate's plots are spread across Médoc but grow on the same gravelly stony terroir. The cuvées on offer are very successful: deep, ripe, juicy and intense, they can be drunk in their relative youth even if the AOC Pauillac wines generally deserve a few years of cellaring in order to be enjoyed at their peak.
