Chopin is a Polish family distillery producing very high quality vodkas made from potatoes and rye. The second generation of the Dorda siblings is now at work and has focused on the small volume production of this spirit for more than 30 years. The distillery is one of the only ones in the world to produce its base alcohol itself from ingredients harvested by hand, unlike many competitors purchasing neutral alcohol directly from specialized companies. All spirits are distilled 4 times in a column still then diluted with very pure well water filtered 5 times.
