Collection: Purchase champagnes Domaine La Borderie
The Domaine La Borderie is a superb family champagne house located in Bar-sur-Seine in the heart of the Côte des Bar. Since 2013, brothers and sisters Simon and Marie Normand have been running the business, having taken over from their parents. At the head of 11 hectares, they have decided to no longer sell all of their production to traders in order to produce exceptional champagnes from their most beautiful plots. The grape variety here is centered on Pinot noir (70%) and supplemented by Chardonnay, Pinot meunier as well as, a rare thing, a small portion of Pinot blanc. The cuvées produced are all very successful, in a rather vinous style, always fresh and displaying a beautiful character. A small farm to follow very closely!
