The spirit: Here is an excellent Single Malt Whiskey from the island of Jura in Scotland. Matured for 10 years in old bourbon barrels then 2 years in old Oloroso sherry barrels, this 12 year old is an intense spirit, presenting a beautiful, complete aromatic range and harmonious. A hint of peat emerges and perfumes a balanced mouth evolving with notes of yellow fruits, almonds and honey. The alcohol is very soft and invites the next sip. Precise, complete and complex!

The brand: The Jura distillery is located on the eponymous island located in the southwest of Scotland. Founded in 1810, it was reborn after multiple adventures in 1963.
