The estate: With its heritage of century-old vines, the Rougier family is at the head of what is certainly the most famous vintage of the small Palette appellation. Nestled in the Langesse limestone, just outside Aix-en-Provence, the Château Simone is best known for its white wine. However the red and rosé vintages also constitute superb southern references with great precision. 25 hectares and a wide variety of grape varieties are cultivated and vinified brilliantly by the family.
