The Pascal family has undertaken a colossal work since 2004, the year of the takeover. The 10 hectares have now been officially converted to organic farming since the 2020 vintage and the conversion to biodynamics has begun. The cellar operates entirely by gravity so that the integrity of the grapes is respected as much as possible. Since 2015, Guillaume Marko has been in charge of winemaking and the wines produced have, thanks to him, passed an additional milestone in their purity, complexity and richness.
