Chopin is a Polish family distillery producing very high quality vodkas made from potato and rye. The second generation of the Dorda siblings are now at work and have been focusing on the small volume production of this spirit for over 30 years. The distillery is one of the few in the world to produce its own base alcohol from hand-harvested ingredients, unlike many competitors who purchase neutral alcohol directly from specialized companies. All spirits are distilled 4 times in a column still then diluted with very pure well water filtered 5 times.
