The wine: Here is a pretty white favorite coming directly from Bordeaux and unbeatable value for money! Awarded by the press, the Clémence vintage has a very fragrant nose and mouth expressed on notes of white fruits (peach, apricot) accompanied by a beautiful Oaky vanilla bringing a soft roundness to the whole. In the mouth, small notes of green apple and citrus fruits are also present and provide a nice sensation of pleasure. A gourmet wine, very well balanced and which will go wonderfully with seafood, fish and cheese.
